One time submission of Indemnity letter for email instructions

Dear Customers,

Greetings!
 
In order to act on your any payment instructions by the Bank on the basis of emails, we request you to please submit  the attached Indemnity  Form with your full signature available on our bank records and submit it to us in physical form by 25.09.2015.
Please make a note that we will proceed with the email instructions only when the indemnity is received in physical form by the Bank.
We shall not be able to act on your email instructions in future in case the duly signed filled up form( in case of company in company’s letter head) is not received by the bank within the stipulated time.
Your co-operation in this regard will be appreciated.
